# Dandy's World: how a run works on Roblox

Dandy's World is a Roblox horror game by BlushCrunch Studio, released in 2024. You play as a cartoon Toon, fix machines floor by floor and hide from the Twisteds, warped versions of the Toons. It has bright kids-show art over a mean survival game.

## How a run works

You and your team ride an elevator down into the Gardenview Center. Each floor has machines to fill with Ichor, items to pick up and two or more Twisteds hunting you. Working a machine takes time and skill checks, and a Twisted can catch you while you work.

When enough machines are done, the elevator opens and everyone has to make it back. Some floors have special events that change the rules. Between some floors, the elevator opens Dandy's shop so you can buy items. Go as deep as you can before your whole team falls.


## Toons, Twisteds and Ichor

- **Toons**: Each Toon has its own stats and an ability, like faster repairs or better stealth. You buy more with Ichor.
- **Twisteds**: Corrupted versions of the Toons. Each one hunts in its own way, and some are much faster than others.
- **Ichor**: The main currency. You earn it from runs and spend it on new Toons and trinkets.
- **Trinkets**: Equipped items that give small boosts. Matching trinkets to your Toon is a big part of building a team.

## Tips for longer runs

- **Split the machines**: Spread out so one Twisted cannot chase the whole team.
- **Pull, then hide**: Lead a Twisted away from a machine and lose it behind a corner.
- **Play to your Toon**: A fast Toon should distract, a repair Toon should fix.

## Toon horror on Roam

Stay Tuned, Kid is a kids-show horror collectathon: the show is over, but the mascot is still on set. Too Many Teeth is first-person toy-factory horror where the first shift goes wrong. Dandy's World itself is only on Roblox.
