# Fortnite brainrot: the skins and the islands

Source: https://roam.new/fortnite-brainrot/ Roam is our app, and the Roam team wrote this page.

Brainrot came to Fortnite in two ways. Fans built brainrot islands in Fortnite Creative, and in April 2026 Epic added Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina skins. Here is what each one is.

## The brainrot skins

Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina arrived in the Fortnite Item Shop on April 3, 2026, after a short appearance in the Chapter 7 Season 2 trailer. The bundle also had matching pickaxes and wraps.

They were only in the shop for a few days, so many players missed them. Item Shop rotations change, so check the shop in the game if you want to know when they come back.

## Brainrot islands in Fortnite Creative

Most brainrot in Fortnite lives on islands made by players with Fortnite Creative and UEFN, not in Epic's own modes. You find them through the Discover tab or by island code.

- **Steal the Brainrot**: A Fortnite take on the Roblox hit Steal a Brainrot. You collect brainrots, earn from them and raid other bases. It won Best Overall Experience at the 2026 UEFN Community Awards.
- **Brainrot tower defense**: Islands where you collect brainrot units and place them to defend your base from waves.
- **Card tycoon islands**: Tycoon maps where you open packs of brainrot cards, build a collection and grow your income.

## A heads-up for parents

Some brainrot islands sell chance-based items for V-Bucks, and players pushed back on it in 2026. If your kid plays these islands, check what is being bought.

If you want brainrot without that, Roam is a free iPhone app with brainrot games. Brainrot Arena is a card tower battle, and Brainrot Defense is a merge tower defense.
