Italian brainrot characters are silly AI-made creatures, half animal and half object, with made-up names that sound Italian. They spread on TikTok in early 2025. Here is who each main character is, so you can follow the jokes at school.

## The main characters

These are the names you hear most. The looks below are the versions most fans agree on.

- **Tralalero Tralala**: A blue shark with three legs wearing Nike sneakers. Most people see it as the first Italian brainrot, posted on TikTok in early 2025.
- **Tung Tung Tung Sahur**: A wooden log with a face, holding a wooden bat. It was posted in February 2025 by TikTok user @noxaasht, and the name comes from the drum call that wakes people for sahur, the meal before dawn in Ramadan.
- **Bombardiro Crocodilo**: A crocodile head on an old World War 2 style plane. Fans often cast it as the big villain.
- **Ballerina Cappuccina**: A ballerina whose head is a cappuccino cup. She dances on her toes and is one of the most liked characters.
- **Cappuccino Assassino**: A coffee cup with angry eyes and ninja blades. In fan stories he is paired with Ballerina Cappuccina.
- **Lirili Larila**: An elephant mixed with a cactus, walking in sandals. Some fan stories say it can stop time.
- **Brr Brr Patapim**: A forest creature that mixes a long-nosed monkey with a tree. Fans call it a guardian of the woods.
- **Chimpanzini Bananini**: A small chimpanzee inside a banana peel. Playful and quick in most stories.

## Why the lore keeps changing

Nobody owns these characters, and there is no official story. Each one started as a short AI video with a robot voice reading a rhyme. Then fans added powers, rivals and families in their own videos.

That is why two websites can tell you different things about the same character. When a list disagrees with your friend, you are both a bit right. The look of each character is the part that stays the same.

The characters jumped from TikTok into games fast. The biggest is the Roblox game Steal a Brainrot (May 2025), where you collect and steal them from other players' bases. In April 2026 Fortnite added Tung Tung Tung Sahur and Ballerina Cappuccina skins.
