The biggest new party game of the fall is not even out yet. Worst Class Ever was the most-played demo of October's Steam Next Fest, and it launches on November 9. Here are the new party games of 2026 by group size and setup, plus Roam party games and a prompt to make one about your friends.

## The new party games

- **Worst Class Ever (Funcore Games, launches November 9, 2026)**: For up to 6 players. One player is the teacher, the rest are students who blend in with the class and pull pranks without getting caught. About 600,000 people played its demo, according to the developer.
- **Super Battle Golf (Brimstone, Oro Interactive, February 19, 2026)**: Online golf for 1 to 8 players where everyone plays at the same time and gets in each other's way with items. On Steam.
- **How to Fish (Dazed Games, August 2026)**: Co-op chaos in online lobbies of up to eight: a desert island, a lot of fish, very little competence.
- **The Jackbox Party Pack 12 (October 15, 2026)**: Five new games, including We Forgot a Card and Debate and Switch. Everyone plays on their own phone.

## By group size and setup

Two of you on one couch? A short duel works best. Three or four online? A co-op game where things go wrong. Five to eight? Something everyone plays at once, like Super Battle Golf or a Jackbox pack. A whole class? A big-lobby knockout game.
