There are three kinds of pet game: you care for one, you collect many, or you go on an adventure together. Here are the new and big ones in each, from Roblox's egg-stealing hit to Tamagotchi on Switch, plus Roam pet games and a way to put your real pet in a game from a photo.

## Care for one

- **Niblet (Roam)**: A fluffy virtual pet that wants food, baths and attention.

## Collect many

- **Steal An Egg (Roblox, July 2026)**: The Steal a Brainrot formula with pets. It was one of the top games on Roblox in fall 2026.
- **Adopt Me! and Pet Simulator 99 (Roblox)**: The long-running pet giants. Trade, hatch and show off.
- **Throw Food For Animals (Roblox)**: Throw food to lure animals in and add them to your collection. Trending in late October 2026.
- **Bee Keeper Adventure (Roam)**: Fill the pollen bar, fly home, make honey, grow the swarm.

## Go on an adventure together

Some pet games are less about feeding and more about the trip. On Roam, Puppy Fears Thunder is a cozy escort adventure: a scared puppy, a brave cat and one long rainy night. Follow the Fox pairs a fox with a floating farm and a pear harvest.


## Make a game starring your real pet

- **1. Take a photo**: Your dog on the couch, your cat in a box. That is the brief.
- **2. Add one sentence**: Say what kind of game: platformer, race, rescue, hide and seek.
