Royale High is a fantasy school and dress-up game on Roblox made by callmehbob, who runs it with LauncelotHandsome. It launched in April 2017 and took the name Royale High that November. You go to magic school classes, earn diamonds, and spend them on outfits, accessories and the famous halos.

## How the school works

The game is set on a fantasy campus with a timetable. Classes run on a schedule, and each one is a short activity, like an art class or a magic lesson. Going to class earns diamonds and experience, so a school day is also a payday. Being late to class means missing the reward, so many players plan their time around the bell.

The campus has been rebuilt several times. The most recent version, Campus 4, opened in alpha in August 2024 and fully released in April 2025. Outside class there are dorms to decorate, quests to finish and seasonal events.


## Diamonds, outfits and halos

Diamonds are the currency. You earn them from classes, quests and events, and spend them in shops full of dresses, wings, crowns and accessories. Many items can be layered and recolored, so the same pieces look different on every player.

Halos are the most famous items. They are glowing rings that come from events, and each one is tied to a certain season. Older halos are rare, and players trade for them, sometimes for huge diamond values. Each new season brings a new halo, which keeps players coming back for events year after year.
