# Siren Head games: the giant in the forest

Source: https://roam.new/siren-head-game/

Siren Head is a very tall, thin creature with two loudspeaker sirens where its head should be. It stands among the trees and plays strange sounds through the sirens. Siren Head games put you in that forest and make you hide, run and find a way out.

## Who made Siren Head

Canadian artist Trevor Henderson created Siren Head in 2018. He is known for creepy drawings of giant creatures hidden in normal photos, like a figure towering behind a row of trees.

Siren Head became his most famous creature. Fans made animations, models and lots of fan games on PC and phones. Henderson's other creations, like Cartoon Cat, followed the same path.

## How Siren Head games work

- **Big map, small you**: Most games drop you in a dark forest with a goal, like finding pages or fixing a car.
- **Sound is the warning**: Siren Head plays static, voices or alarms. When it gets loud, it is close.
- **Hide, do not fight**: You cannot beat it. You hide in buildings, stay low and move when it turns.
- **Size is the scare**: It is taller than the trees, so even seeing it far away is a shock.

## Tips for younger players

Siren Head is a horror character, so some games are intense, with loud alarms and sudden chases. A softer start is a version with daylight, a short timer and no jump scares. Playing with a friend, or with the sound a bit lower, takes the edge off.

## Other Trevor Henderson creatures

Henderson has drawn many giant creatures. Two of the best known after Siren Head:

- **Cartoon Cat**: A tall, grinning cat drawn like an old 1930s cartoon.
- **Long Horse**: A huge, thin horse-like giant with a very long neck.
