Astrocade vs Roblox: which one fits what you want to make
Astrocade is a feed of AI-made games: you describe a game and its AI builds it, on the web, iPhone or Android. Roblox is a huge 3D multiplayer platform, and its games are built in Roblox Studio on a Windows or Mac computer. Astrocade is faster to make with. Roblox is deeper to play and build on. Speed vs depth: how each one is built
Astrocade is about speed. Its store listing says most games take a few minutes, and its App Store page says over 1,000 new games go up daily. Friends compete through scores.
Roblox is about depth. Its games are 3D worlds that many people share at once, built by studios, indie teams and solo creators. Studio needs a computer, and its scripting language is Luau. Roblox opened a Build public alpha in New Zealand in July 2026, and said on its Q3 2026 call that it plans a broader US rollout in December.
