How a shift works
Early on, a voice on the radio gives you one piece of advice: read the rules on the wall. They tell you what normal looks like and what to do when something is off. Everything after that depends on how well you follow them.
Customers walk up and order. Most are just hungry. Some are anomalies, and guides sort them into three groups: dangerous ones you refuse right away, safe ones you serve as usual, and special ones with their own rules. Serving the wrong one, or refusing the wrong one, can end your night.

In October 2026 the game was one of nine Roblox experiences in The Hollow, Roblox's Halloween event, alongside games like Doors, Piggy and 99 Nights in the Forest. The event ran from October 22 to a live finale on October 31.
Its event monster was The Inspector. To earn the badge you had to serve seven Hollow Entities during a full shift and finish it.
