Flee the Facility: four survivors, one Beast, two exits

Flee the Facility is a Roblox horror game by MrWindy, released under A.W. Apps in July 2017. One player is the Beast. Up to four others are survivors who must get every computer on the map working and escape through an exit door. It is one of the longest-running hunt-and-escape games on Roblox.

How a round works

Survivors spread out and find computers. Working on a computer takes time, and a short timing check pops up now and then. Miss it and the computer makes a loud error that tells the Beast where you are. Once every computer is done, the exit doors can be opened. There are two on each map, and opening one takes a few seconds that feel very long.

The Beast hunts with a hammer. A hit knocks a survivor down, and the Beast then ties them with rope and carries them to a freeze pod. Other survivors can break a frozen teammate out of the pod, which is risky because the Beast often waits nearby. If the Beast freezes everyone before they escape, the Beast wins.

Tips for each side

Survivors: do not crowd one computer. Spreading out finishes more machines and splits the Beast's attention.
Survivors: crawl and hide. Crouching through vents and lockers keeps you out of sight.
Survivors: time the rescue. Wait until the Beast walks away from the pod before freeing a teammate.
Beast: listen for errors. A failed timing check is a free location.
Beast: guard the doors. Near the end, the exits matter more than the computers.
