Open city games on Roam

If you want the street-level open city feel without a console, Roam is a free iPhone app with free-roam games. Steal Every Car is a top-down car theft sandbox: every parked car is a getaway car. Rent Before Curfew is an open-world city life sim: rent is due, the clock says 17:04.

For wide open land, Follow the Wind is a samurai horse adventure in the spirit of Ghost of Tsushima: the wind knows the way. WAYFARE: Wildlands is a blocky fantasy valley with a quest marker and goblins ahead.
