Tower of Hell is a Roblox obby by YXCeptional Studios, released in 2018. You climb a tower built from random sections, with no checkpoints, before the timer runs out. Fall, and you start again at the bottom.

How a climb works

Every round builds a new tower from a pool of sections, stacked in a random order. The whole server races up the same tower. There are no checkpoints, so a slip near the top costs you the whole climb.

When the timer runs out, the tower is rebuilt with new sections and everyone starts again. Reaching the top earns coins, which you can spend on gear and on mutators that change the next round.

The tower is not very tall, but every section asks for a different skill: wall hops, wraparounds, truss climbs, moving platforms and tiny ledges. A run can be over in a few minutes or eat the whole timer.

Tips for climbing

Slow is fast. With no checkpoints, a careful clean climb beats a fast one that falls.
Learn the sections. The tower changes order, not pieces. Each section you know is one less surprise.
Watch the kill parts. Glowing red parts reset you. Look before you jump.
Use the camera. Turn the camera to see the next platform before you commit.
Ignore the race. Other players rushing past do not change your timer.

Killbrick. A part that resets you on touch. In Tower of Hell they are the bright red ones.
Wraparound. A jump around the outside edge of a wall, with the camera working against you.
Truss. A climbable lattice. Walk into it to climb, then jump off at the top.
Wall hop. Jumping against the edge of a wall with a quick camera turn to reach a higher ledge.
